Reservation FAQ
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are only needed for cutting trees from the field. Everything else — pre-cut trees, wreaths, kissing balls, birch reindeer, porch pots — is available whenever we're open.
How long is the reservation?
Your slot is one hour, but you're welcome to stay longer. It's really just a window for showing up — take as much time as you need in the field.
How many people can I bring?
Book one spot per family — no need to reserve one per person. Bring the whole crew.Please indicate in your reservation if you plan to get more than one tree.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Please clean up after them.
Payment?
We take debit, credit, and cash at the barn. Prices on the tag include sales tax.
Photography sessions?
Personal phone snaps are always welcome. Professional, third-party and amateur photography sessions are not allowed during open business hours — please contact us to inquire on availability.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem — cancel on Square or give us a call. Freeing up your slot means another family can grab it.
Weather?
We're open rain, snow or shine. If conditions get truly dangerous we'll post on Facebook — otherwise, bundle up and come on out.
